About Kevin Rodela

I help busy professionals prevent injuries and build strength to improve their wellbeing.

My mission is to help people evolve to the best version of themselves by overcoming the barriers that holds them back. Everybody and every body is different, and therefore it’s important to apply the necessary steps for each person’s goal differently.

I’m a movement specialist that helps others unlock new movements or old movements they no longer thought was possible to do. At the same time, I am here to help you achieve new levels of strength by focusing on the proper mechanics of strength training and injury prevention. As we move with intent, you’ll begin to learn more about yourself and how your body works.

I carry my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Sciences. I am also certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
